We are seeking an experienced Residential Site Manager to join our team !!!
Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example and maintain high professional standards.
- Report directly to the Director and Project Manager.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve individual and team performance for the benefit of the business.
- Communicate effectively with clients and client teams in both English and Chinese.
- Coordinate material orders with the QS at head office.
- Assess job scope before the team arrives on-site and make necessary adjustments in consultation with the Supervisor/Engineer.
- Participate in daily briefings and ensure clear communication within the team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including:
- Site diary
- Weekly reports
- Time records for hourly-paid employees
- Material and equipment logs
- RFIs
Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in residential projects.
- Experience in foundation trades and civil commercial subdivision projects is advantageous.
- Applicant must be PR/Citizen.
