你是不是可以告council对你造成精神和时间损失， 要求赔偿？

我估计他们会装聋作哑，而且我也耗不起这时间精力。最新回复是最迟在周一前告知处理结果。

我办个新驾照，取的时候发现照片是个毛利胖女人，而我，是男的。
