• 协调内部部门（如仓库、物流）以解决客户问题
• 解答客户关于产品的使用、保修政策等常见问题
• 协助客户投诉处理，并妥善解决纠纷

TreasureBox Full-Time Customer Service Role

Looking to join a vibrant and growing team? TreasureBox invites you to become part of our full-time Customer Service team!

Location: Silverdale

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English (verbal and written communication).
• Must hold a valid visa to work in New Zealand.
• Able to work 5 days a week, including 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
• Answer customer calls and resolve after-sales issues such as returns, exchanges, and repairs.
• Record customer feedback and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, logistics) to solve customer concerns.
• Provide answers to inquiries about product usage, warranty policies, etc.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and resolve disputes efficiently.
