Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & new business development: - Identify and pursue new trade sales opportunities within Auckland region.
- Promote and sell products and services to trade professionals, such as builders, property developers, and construction companies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
2. Account Management: - Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide tailored advice and solutions to meet customers' unique requirements.
3. Site Visits: Regularly visit construction sites, workshops, or large developing areas to provide product demonstrations. on-site consultations with new or existing customers.
4. Product knowledge: - Stay up to date with product ranges, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and best -use practices.
5. Administrative Tasks: - Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage customer accounts.
- Use Cin7 to track sales activities and customer interactions.
6. Collaboration: - Work closely with internal teams, including showroom sales team and service delivery team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in trade sales, field sales or account management.
- Strong understanding of the construction market or trade industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship -building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid Driver's License
- Architectural Hardware knowledge or experience with tools, building materials or similar products
Work Environment: - This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel within Auckland region.
- You may work in environments like construction sites, workshops, or warehouses.
