JobDescription:

KeyResponsibilities

跟进未付款项:确保准确及时地处理付款

响应财务查询:响应财务查询并协助准备税务文件和申报。

行政支持:根据需要为会计团队提供行政支持。

Requirement

会计、金融或相关领域的学士学位(或同等经验)。

有会计支持角色的经验者优先。

精通会计软件 Xero Microsoft Office Suite,尤其是 Excel

注重细节,组织能力出色。

能够在团队中独立和协作地工作。

良好的书面和口头沟通能力。

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated AccountsAssistant to support our accounting department. The ideal candidate will assistwith day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, andcontribute to the smooth functioning of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Processing invoices: Enter, review andpay invoices in a timely manner.

·      Bank Reconciling: Reconcile bank transactionsand internal accounts.


  • Producing financial     records: Help businesses track cash flow and financial     health
  • Maintaining records: Assist     with data entry and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Following up on     outstanding payments: Ensure accurate and timely processing of     payments
  • Maintaining vendor     relationships: Respond to vendor and customer inquiries regarding     account statuses and maintain strong relationships with them.
  • Analyzing data: Analyze     data to make recommendations, such as reducing bottlenecks or realizing     discounts for early payment
  • Responding to financial     queries: Respond to financial queries and assist in the     preparation of tax documents and filings.
  • Administrative support:     Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s     degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent     experience).
  • Previous     experience in an accounting support role is preferred.
  • Proficient     in accounting software Xero and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly     Excel.
  • Strong     attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability     to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong     written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic     understanding of accounting principles and practices
