仓库运营协调员

为满足公司业务拓展需求,特开放本职位,旨在寻找一名有能力、有管理经验、有拼搏精神的优秀人才,负责新西兰本地业务。

本职位需要良好的综合能力和管理技巧,中英文流利,书面和口语俱佳。

工作地点:奥克兰Panmure


岗位职责


• 协助管理日常仓库运营活动。
• 仓库送货团队的任务管理和安排,及时合理的做好自有送货订单(非使用第三方物流)的送货路线和人员安排,卡车装卸货安排。

• 仓库安装团队的任务管理和安排,及时合理的做好有安装需求的订单对应的安装工作的时间和人员以及路线安排,以及做好卡车的装卸货准备。

• 物流和供应链相关工作的组织协调和跟进管理,包括集装箱装卸预定,船期和仓位的安排和预定,和货代进行密切合作和联系沟通, 核对相关的物流费用和价格。

• 执行行政任务,例如安排旅行、接听电话、安排会议等。

• 通过创建任务、跟踪进度和解决问题来协助项目管理。

• 准备和维护运营文件和报告。

• 管理仓库办公用品和维护办公设备。


人员要求


• 学士学位优先。

• 具有办公室管理或行政角色的经验。

• 高超的交流技巧。

• 出色的组织和时间管理技能。

• 熟练使用Microsoft Office。

• 多任务处理和确定优先级的能力。

• 具有很强的问题解决能力。

• 流利的英语口语和书面技能。

Job Opening:
To meet business expansion needs, we are opening the followingposition, aiming to find a talented individual with capabilities, managerialexperience, and a proactive spirit. The candidate will be responsible forassisting the managing local operations in New Zealand.
This position requires strong overallabilities and management skills, fluency in both Chinese and English (bothwritten and spoken), and is based in Panmure, Auckland.

Position:
Warehouse OperationsCoordinator
Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily warehouse operational activities.

• Manage and coordinate tasks for warehouse delivery teams, ensuringtimely and efficient delivery routes and personnel assignments for in-housedelivery orders (non-third-party logistics), as well as scheduling truckloading and unloading activities.

• Manage and schedule tasks for warehouse installation teams, ensuringtimely and appropriate scheduling of installation work for orders requiring it,including personnel, timing, and route arrangements, as well as preparation fortruck loading and unloading.

• Organize, coordinate, and follow up on logistics and supplychain-related tasks, including container loading and unloading reservations,scheduling of shipping dates and warehouse space, and close cooperation andcommunication with freight forwarders to verify related logistics costs andprices.

• Execute administrative tasks such as arranging travel, answeringcalls, scheduling meetings, etc.

• Assist in project management by creating tasks, tracking progress, andproblem-solving. • Prepare and maintain operational documents and reports.

• Manage warehouse office supplies and maintain office equipment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in office management or an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent Verbal and Written English Skills.
