We have a single bedroom ready to go out for rent! It is located in Pakuranga, which is super convenient to access to Botany town centre. It is really close to many other supermarkets and fast food places, like Mc Donald's, Pak'n Save, and Countdown. A bonus is if you are wanting to get asian snacks or ingredients, we are also located just 5 minutes away to H-mart (Korean supermarket), and Tai Ping Supermarket. Getting to work will be easy as well, by public transport or by car, as you will only be 10 minutes away to access the south eastern highway and highway 1 As well as public transport such as buses and trains, the bus stop is just a 5 mins walk away from our location, one goes to Botany and one goes to CBD, the Panmure train station is just about 10 mins drive or a 10-15 mins bus ride from our location.
