Construction Administrator and Coordinator
**Responsibilities:**
- Managing project and office operations and procedures
- Coordinating meetings, events, and appointments
- Handling correspondence and communications
- Assisting with project coordination and execution
- Providing administrative support to various departments
- Overseeing office supplies and equipment management
- Maintaining office records and databases
**Requirements:**
- Proven work experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
