Position: Receptionist and Order support
Location: 127 Pilkington Road, Panmure, Auckland
Hourly rate: $25/hour
Employment type: Full time (9:00am-5:00pm), fixed-term contract, WHVer is welcome

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•        Provide administration support to Client and the facilities team including the processing of all invoices/orders in the systems.
•        Build and develop effective client / stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organization, by the calls or emails.
•        Receive visitors/customer onsite.
•        Book and manage meeting as requested, order catering, room set ups and pack downs etc.
•        Ensure rooms are stocked with appropriate stationary/catering supplies and are kept neat and tidy, in good working order at all times.
•        Help
•        Fulfil any ad-hoc requests promptly and efficiently to support the business sales team or (client)
•        Management and induction of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards.

Please present yourself to us, if you are:
Familiar with New Zealand, and have the willingness to be involved in local business
Detail-oriented and confident with customers face-to-face communication or phone call
Loving working in a team, but also able to work as a team
Capable with lifting 25kg or above  stock
Having customers service is a big plus
Fluent in Chinese and English is a must!
