We are seeking an organised and self managed Accounts Administrator to join us. To be successful for this position you must possess a strong eye for detail and be competent in all aspects of Microsoft Suite and XERO. Good opportunity for career development on your accounting skill.

Key tasks for this role include:

• Processing Invoices
  

• Data Entry and organising/updating files
  

• Assisting with the quote paperwork
  

• XERO for accounts
  

• Accurate administration skills
  

• Accounts receivable
  

• Payroll
  

About you:

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English will be advantageous
  

• Ability to work at pace and input information accurately within specified timeframes
  

• Be Resilient and solution-orientated
  

• Have an eye for detail and a passion for numbers
  

• Have a good written and verbal command of English
  

• Ideally have advanced computer schools and a good understanding of Microsoft and accounting software
  

• Ability to work independently and have a drive for success
  

• Enjoy a team-focused culture
  

• Effective communication skills
