About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity working with our in-house construction team. You will oversee the delivery of a complex $91m project in Auckland, ensuring that it is delivered to the utmost quality and safety standards whilst also being on time and within the budget. You will be given support on the project with well-resourced site team and the autonomy to use your experience to deliver the project.
Key responsibilities and skills include: - Overseeing the delivery of the project
- Managing the site-base team
- Management of schedules and programming
- Planning all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Collaborating with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
- Monitoring and updating project programmes to achieve key milestones
- Ensuring all H&S, Environmental, QA and legal requirements are followed throughout the project
- Maintaining and building relationships with key stakeholders
