OTTP Limited (known as Omni Tech & Tech Pro) is one of the fastest growing NewZealand owned and operated companies within mobile accessories and repairservices. We operate more than 45 stores across New Zealand, and we are stillgrowing. We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team atAuckland Headquarter office.

The Company requires the services of a Personal Assistant.

You will provide effective professional, secretarial management support to the Company Management including organizational wide communications, travel & expensemanagement, diary management, and manage all personal affairs for to beassisting mainly with the Operations Director.

Duties & Responsibilities

Ø Managementof Operations Director and Managing Director’s diary and correspondence in aprompt and professional manner

Ø Liaise with external customers on behalf of Operations Director in a timely andprofessional manner

Ø Screening telephone calls, fielding inquiries and escalating any urgent matters

Ø Manage and co-ordinate all domestic and international travel for the Management

Ø Expense reconciliations for the Management within timeframes

Ø Assist the Accounting department with expense reconciliation for the wider business

Ø Co-ordinationof internal and external meetings; including managing and communicatingscheduling of meetings and meeting rooms

Ø Manage suppliers, vendors, and customers’ visits. This includes but is not limited to meetingschedules

Ø Co-ordinationof task management as allocated to Managers, Franchises and/or other staff asrequired

Ø Assist with any other general and office administrative support including projects asrequired


To thrive in this role, we would envisage youhaving:

Ø Excellent understanding or experience working in office administrative functionpreviously for 2 to 3 years as required

Ø Exceptional assisting focus and a service / result orientated approach in dealing with yourdirect reporting line manager, in conjunction with a talent for problem solving

Ø Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite

Ø Capacity to drive the multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Ø Attention to detail with ability to produce high quality work in appropriate time frames

Ø Strong operating skills, demonstrated capacity to work independently, plan, organize,and follow through

Ø Passionate to perform any other duties as and when assigned within the category of your employment
