130万的房子超过标准太多了。你不符合资格。所以你自己搞定贷款。

看中的是免息…不是贷款…

这个项目其实最大的风险就是政府。你慢慢琢磨

Firstly, has to be new build and price under 875k in AKL?
Then a couple cant buy 3 bedrooms new build, only two bedrooms, with kid probably 3 bedrooms? not sure.
Extra legal fees for sure.
Different contract and have to add KO as co-purchaser.
In a nut shell, not worth it as all.

你中间少了银行那一环节  政府至多出20万或者25% of housing total price。 没有看到说不能买130万的房子，感兴趣可以直接email联系KO。  https://kaingaora.govt.nz/

你想一下这次洪水，HOUSING NZ的新房就倒了，其他新房没倒，你们琢磨琢磨这个价格里面的水分有多大。。。。

別那麽大敵意，僅僅是大家的意想， 如果你作爲開發商就會發現他們要求很高的好麽。。。
