主要职责
- 酒店公寓日常接待,提供优质的客户服务
- 定时检查房间以确保房间质量
- 房间出租(销售)
- 处理租户咨询及投诉
- 维护接待处和其他公共区域

- 出色的书面和口语沟通技巧
- 必须能够流利地使用另一种语言——例如中文、日语、西班牙语、葡萄牙语、越南语

Empire hotel apartment is one of Auckland’s most well-known student accommodation and budget hotel located in Auckland CBD.
We are looking for enthusiastic assistant manager who can work independently and proactively. Bring can do attitude to the team and take responsibilities for residing tenants cares and room sales.
About the role
- Day-to-day administration for hotel apartment reception with excellent customer service
- Room inspection for providing high standard condition rooms
- Room rental (sales)
- Dealing with guest enquiries and complaints
- Ensuring reception and common areas are well presented and maintained at all times

About you
- To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a sale, hospitality management, customer service or property management preferred
- The ability to work effectively under pressure
- Outstanding relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Customer service skills and time management skills
- Self-motivated person with can do attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other software
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must speak another language fluently – Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese
- Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
