⭕️⭕️⭕Full-time Assistant Manager --- North shore Real Estate Office Recruitment (Full-time)⭕️⭕️⭕

!!!Must speak and write fluent Mandarin !!!

Work Location: North Shore (Between Albany to Takapuna) with staff parking

Working hours: Monday to Friday between 9:00 am-5:30 pm 32 hours to 40 hours/week, (no overtime on weekends and no disturbance after work)

Salary: Salary negotiable according to individual ability

It is required to hold a legal visa, have an office assistant work background or related professional education, and have fluent English speaking and writing, We will provide our system software training.

Typical tasks will involve:

Compiling listing information
Database Management & Vendor Reporting
Assisting with the creation of listing profile Documents / Agency Agreements etc
Uploading and maintaining listings on various websites
Marketing Campaign design and calendar with recent marketing examples whilst adhering to brand guidelines
Managing all Campaign Administration & transaction reports
Diary management – ensure all important dates for client meetings; method of sale dates of each agreement;  with all related administration for the Licensee for each deal.

To succeed in this role you will need to:

Be confident in balancing the high-priority needs of the Licensee whilst always displaying a calm and professional manner;
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Mandarin and English;
Have meticulous attention to detail;
Excellent time management skills & the ability to multi-task;
Be proactive and professionally presented;
An interest in social media - as there is involvement with posting on Redbook or Facebook etc

Other essential skills and attributes include:

Ideally have an interest in real estate & business /or a minimum of few of experience in a similar administration role;
Strong skills of CRM knowledge preferred;
Business or financial experience would be deemed valuable, but not essential;

Hope to be positive, like teamwork, good at management, and have risk management ability.

This is a Permanent full-time job. Applications are not accepted who plan less than two years.
