职位名称:HR & HSEQ Advisor
工作职责: - 负责公司人力资源管理工作,包括但不限于招聘、员工培训、绩效管理、薪资福利、劳动关系等方面
- 制定、实施和完善公司人力资源政策和制度,保证公司人力资源管理的规范化和科学化
- 组织和协调公司内部的人力资源相关工作,提高公司的整体绩效和员工满意度
- 负责公司安全、环境、健康和质量管理工作,包括但不限于制定、实施和完善公司HSEQ管理体系和相关制度
- 组织和协调公司内部的安全、环境、健康和质量相关工作,提高公司的整体HSEQ绩效和员工工作安全度
- 协调和配合公司内部和外部的HSEQ审核、评估和认证工作
任职要求: - 人力资源管理相关工作经验,具备团队管理和人员培训能力
- HSEQ管理相关工作经验,具备团队管理和项目管理能力
- 熟悉ISO14001、ISO45001、ISO9001等HSEQ管理体系标准和相关法律法规者优先
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力。
Job Title: HR & HSEQ Advisor
Responsibilities: - Responsible for the company's human resources management, including but not limited to recruitment, employee training, performance management, compensation and benefits, labor relations, etc.;
- Develop, implement, and improve the company's human resources policies and systems to ensure the standardization and conscientization of the company's human resources management;
- Organize and coordinate the company's internal human resources-related work to improve the overall performance and employee satisfaction of the company.
- Responsible for the company's safety, environment, health, and quality management, including but not limited to developing, implementing, and improving the company's HSEQ management system and related policies;
- Organize and coordinate the company's internal safety, environment, health, and quality-related work to improve the overall HSEQ performance and employee safety of the company;
- Coordinate and cooperate with internal and external HSEQ audits, assessments, and certifications.
