请教LIM 里面有这么一栏，这样的房子一般会有怎么样问题？

是1989 年的房子，LIM 上面这个RECORD 是2000年，可以理解是屋主想改建，加建或者开发然后去做的地质报告吗？

这个房子最大的问题， 你需要做两件事。 第一拿给报险公司， 给不给你卖保险。 第二， 问银行， 给不给贷款，
第一条不过， 就不用问第二条。
