maintenance facilitator wanted

Z&C Flooring was founded in 2013 and hasbeen growing rapidly.
One of our main businesses is to maintain state houses in Auckland.

Currently we are looking for a maintenance facilitator to
1  visit the properties and assess the condition of floor covering (carpet/ vinyl),
2  decide the scope of remedial work and make a floor plan of rooms/ areas involved,
3  coordinate with the flooring technician and other parties to ensure a smooth work process,
4  update the status of maintenance work on portal.

To be successful you will need:
Full NZ driver's license,
Excellent communication skills,
A team player mindset.

Previous experience within the flooring industry is not required since on job training is provided.
Work phone, company vehicle with fuel card are provided.
