Your key responsibilities include:
Providing a professional and efficient first point of contact for IT incidents and Service Requests via IT Helpdesk Platform
Prioritising service requests and incidents to ensure a seamless and communicative IT service to end users.
Providing efficient and professional level 1 support for software, hardware and systems
Achieving IT helpdesks targets and working with the global team to solve issues and incidents in a quick, efficient, and professional manner.
Working as an ambassador for the IT team ensuring a high level of communication, professionalism and efficiency in all tasks.

To be successful in this role you will:
Be a recent graduate with an IT Qualification or course undertaken
1-2 years work experience
Possess a high level of integrity, honesty and confidentiality
Be familiar with MacOS is beneficial
Able to self manage and work under pressure
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Great at problem solving


Requirement:
PR, R, Open Work Visa
NZ Full Driver license
