The company is currently experiencing a significant growth, which provides a full-time position of Claim Consultant to meet the increasing business opportunities.
The Role - managing claims in accordance with best practice and within your delegated authority
- developing and maintaining customer relationships and customer expectations
- developing and maintaining internal and external partnerships
- identifying opportunities for process improvement.
To be successful in this role you will have: - A minimum 12-month experience in Fire & General Insurance (ideally in claims)
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Strong clear and confident communication skills
- Demonstrated strong customer service expertise
- Excellent written and organizational skills
- Must be a team player
