我的理解是第一年的annual leave其实是满一年才有的,之前只是take in advance, “If an employee has been working less than a year, then they aren’t entitled to annual holidays, but their employer may let them take some of their annual holidays in advance.”
所以应该是往后加一年过期?
合同上只有这么一条
“ Annual leave should be taken in the year that it falls due and at a tirne mutua‖y agreedbetween you and the Emp!oyer” |
