About you - 2 years+ demonstrated success in a service delivery or systems engineer capacity.
- IT technical experience (preferably in a relevant service provider or integrator) with solid knowledge of most of the following areas:
- Understanding of Microsoft core desktop technologies.
- Excellent desktop and laptop deployment & support experience
- Mobile computing technologies experience
- Basic networking (LAN/WAN) experience, with knowledge of switching and routing technologies.
- Basic virtualisation & cloud computing experience
- Basic understanding of firewalling & security principles & technologies
- Completion of, or, working towards completion of a Microsoft Certification.
