Sales Representative Our fast growing company is looking for a sales person to join our team to maintain existing customers and develop new business opportunities. Full training and support on products will be given to the chosen applicant.

Office Coordinator
We are seeking an accurate, organised and friendly person for an office coordinator role at our office in Manukau. The successful applicant will be flexible and independent enough to carry out varied tasks as required, have an enquiring mind and work in a team with others.
Duties are varied but include:
- General office tasks including answering incoming phone calls to response the customers’ inquiries etc. and taking orders via telephone and email.
- Verify the accuracy of financial documents, including payments, packing slips, invoices, refunds, inventory and bank statements etc.
- Participate in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly end procedure of the business software for our company.
- To assist stock control and inventory date accuracy check.
- Undertake further tasks and instruction from the company if necessary.

To be successful in this role, you need to have, · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Excellent telephone skills and manners for incoming and outgoing calls. · Intermediate computer skills. · Being an effective team player that works well under pressure. · Strong organisational and time management skills. · Prefer 1-2 years previous administration or reception experience. · Speaking Mandarin will be preferable.
