OZAC Architectsis a NZIA credit architectural practice based in Newmarket, Auckland with 40people size.

We have a provenreputation for delivering innovative, progressive design from a team of internationaldiverse enthusiastic & energetic professionals. Currently, we are involvedin exciting projects throughout New Zealand including medium to high densityresidential development, apartments, community projects, along with commercialand industrial projects.

With anexpanding workload, we are looking for an Architectural Designer to join in ourteam.

Your new role:

·        Be involved in all aspects of design from the Concept Design stagethrough to consent documentation.  

·        Working closely with an experiencedteam to ensure the accuracy of drawings for projects that aligns to localcouncil requirements and NZ building code standards.

·        Considering materials and costsaccording to set budgets in collaboration with our in-house Project Leaders.

Skills and experience

·        Minimum 2 years of relevant industryexperience.

·        Must be Proficient in AutoCAD and Sketchup,knowledge of Revit will be beneficial.

·        Experience in Photoshop and Lumionwill be advantageous.

·        Familiar with Auckland Unitary Plan

·        Capable to provide 3D rendering and graphic presentations

·        Ability to liaise with clients, consultantsand council

·        Design flare and creativity with anability to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

·        Good written and verbal communicationskill.

·        Be self-motivated, proactive, workindividually and as part of a team.

·        Good time management skill.
