灵丹妙药

按照政府新的租房标准， 出租房需要安装油烟机。 我家是apartment,水泥墙。 请问还是否21年七月前需要强制安装油烟机？ 政府新规apartment出租可以赦免吗？

求高手指教

貌似不行，所有的厨房和浴室必须有一个排风扇向外通风。

• 厨房 –在任何带有炉灶的房间中，2019年7月1日之后安装的新风扇或抽油烟机的最小直径（包括管道）必须至少为150mm，或排气量至少为每秒50升。
• 浴室 –在任何带淋浴或浴缸的房间中，2019年7月1日之后安装的新风扇的最小直径（包括管道）必须为120mm，或排气量至少为每秒20升。
  

我也有关于油烟机豁免的问题，请问哪位大大知道Healthy Homes的官方询问邮件?
