没有title，只有TA certificate新房能买吗？

看到一个新房刚上市，没有title，只有TA certificate。这样的房子能买吗？有什么要注意的吗？请指教。

Title 就是房產證  地還沒title 怎樣賣給你？

TA - Territioral Authority 就是地方政府 (Council)的意思  應該是在做S223 Certificate 的Survey Plan 審批工作吧  基本分割工序還沒完成 也不知道S224c Certificate 做得怎樣（就是分割需要的“三通一平”工作 - 當然房子都建好了應該大致ok了吧？ 但Development Contribution 他們付了沒有？） 兩樣都發出前title 是不能下來的  而沒有title  新房子的土地業權也轉換不了 這塊地還是和前面的一個舊title  樓主最好問清楚才付款
