是的，所有签证都是conditional，其实非自然公民也是conditional的，只是新西兰一般不吊销国籍，其他国家美国，英国有有取消国籍先例。

酒驾不是小事情，就是不是PR，自然公民也不能酒驾，害人害己。

哈哈，太爽了，很多人以为拿了PR就可以乱来，最好就是遣返多一点

满足吧，不是运骨灰回去算幸运的了

真的有取消pr啊，我认识几个人都酒驾上庭，但找了律师解释虽然花了不少钱，但都给了3-5年延期移民监，也都没事了，这是第一个听到取消的。

嗯3到5年也挺可怕的不能犯错。现在严了。

哪还敢犯错啊，都夹着尾巴了，这样也挺好，不然那帮人总酒驾，总是运气好不被抓到，现在抓到了，钱也花了很多，还要多坐3-5年移民监，都老实了，再也不敢酒驾了，我看是好事。

第一次和第二次酒驾就是法院有权力判入狱3个月的罪名，第三次或三次以上的酒驾法院有权判入狱2年。

一般犯罪国籍不会被取消，好像也只有叛国和申请国籍时作假2种情况才会被取消。

When you can have citizenship taken off you?
It depends on how you gained your NZ citizenship.

If you're a citizen by grant
The Minister can deprive you of your NZ citizenship if:
you were granted your citizenship because of:
fraud
false representation
information you deliberately concealed when you applied for citizenship
a mistake, or
you got citizenship of another country and acted against the interests of NZ.
Before your citizenship is taken off you:

the Citizenship Office will ask for your side of the story
you’ll be served a Notice by the Minister.
If you think there isn’t a good enough reason to take your citizenship away, you can apply to the High Court for a hearing within 28 days of receiving your Notice. A judge will make a decision on your behalf.

If you're a citizen by descent
Your citizenship can be taken off you if you were registered as a citizen by descent because of:
fraud
false representation
information you deliberately concealed when you applied for citizenship, or
an administration error.
You'll be sent a letter to let you know what happened and why.

If you're a citizen by birth
The Minister can deprive you of your NZ citizenship if:
you got citizenship of another country, and
acted against the interests of NZ.

16. Deprivation of New Zealand citizenship in special cases

Subject to section 19, the Minister may, by order, deprive a person of his New Zealand citizenship if he is satisfied that the person has, while a New Zealand citizen and while of or over the age of 18 years and of full capacity,—
(a)acquired the nationality or citizenship of another country by any voluntary and formal act, and acted in a manner that is contrary to the interests of New Zealand; or
(b)voluntarily exercised any of the privileges or performed any of the duties of another nationality or citizenship possessed by him in a manner that is contrary to the interests of New Zealand.

17. Deprivation of New Zealand citizenship in case of fraud, etc

(1)This section applies to a New Zealand citizen who has acquired that citizenship—
    (a)by registration under the British Nationality and New Zealand Citizenship Act 1948; or
    (b)by naturalisation under that Act; or
    (c)by grant under this Act or the Citizenship (Western Samoa) Act 1982.

(2)Subject to section 19, the Minister may, by order, deprive a New Zealand citizen to whom this section applies of his New Zealand citizenship if he is satisfied that the registration, naturalisation, grant, or any grant requirement was procured by fraud, false representation, or wilful concealment of relevant information, or by mistake.

(3)The Minister may not deprive a person of New Zealand citizenship under subsection (2) if—
    (a)the citizenship was acquired by mistake; and
    (b)to deprive the person of that citizenship would leave the person stateless.

已经19岁成年了。成年人就应该为自己的行为负责。现在只能找律师打官司了。除非能翻案。
