关于孩子抚养权的证明

我给孩子单独申请移民，未给配偶申请。现在移民局要求我如果是离异或分居状态提供抚养权证明，如果没有离异，要求国内法院出具准许孩子移民的证明，或者就要双方父母参加面试。我是正常婚姻状态，但是咨询过国内法院，不给开这种证明。想请问有人遇到过这个问题吗？如何解决的？我提供过孩子父亲的公证件，同意孩子和我居住在新西兰并移民，移民官不认可，说不符合要求。

我并没有离婚或者分居好吗？只是先生的工作还有生意原因，不可能这一两年过来，我要带着孩子先过来念书…所以才只申请小朋友

因为你是分居状态，你需要补充提供孩子的抚养权证明，证明孩子的抚养权归属你。具体步骤就是你要在公证处做一份分居协议，协议商定孩子的抚养权归属你。
