Subject to Section 8 Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950

见到title上有这个限制，网上也没搜到这个Act的1950年 amendment的section 8.想请教群里大神们
这个限制都有哪些影响？

找到了说明：
8. All alienations of land from the Crown, whether
by way of sale or lease or otherwise, made on or after
the first day of April~ nineteen hundred and forty-nine(whether before or after the passing of this Act), shall be deemed to be made subject to the reservation of all
coal existing on or under the surface of the land, and
subject to the reservation of the power to grant coal
mining rights over the land under Part I of the
principal Act.

其實想都想到了 大概就是如果在地上發現金礦銀礦煤礦都是crown 女皇陛下的  要這些條款真的在你想買那塊地能生效大概比中lotto 還難  樓主擔心什麼呢

主要是看到这种subject to...就比较担心将来会影响出售，开发，分割。 原来看到一个subject to conversation act, 请教过香港人，说不能再盖房子了。现在这个Coal Mine Amend Act只要不影响将来开发就好。谢谢！

问个题外话： 如果没写这个subject to 的房子，发现了矿就归房主了吧？既然写了，可能是此地发现矿产的概率比较高？

我沒有研究過這部法律 但大概這些礦產要是真的發現了應該都是歸國有的吧？ 怎麼可能會歸屋主 你以為新西蘭政府是傻的嗎？呵呵

如果在没有这个限定的地上发现了矿藏，不知道会如何处理
