我就奇怪了 LIM怎麼會有這些資料？這明明是title上的限制啊

Subject to 就是說有這個可能性而已 應該不是真的要收地 律師有和你解釋27B 是說什麼嗎？

不好意思，最近有点乱了，是title上的限制了。律师和我解释了section 27B的情况了，万一如果出现和毛利人的纠纷这个条款不会保护现有屋主的权益。所以不建议去购买

那就果斷放棄好了 雖然可能出現問題的機會好少 但後果卻好嚴重 有什麼捨不得呢？

那边200万的只是地大（1500-2000平米的），真的不能算豪。。起码看起来不豪。。看起来就豪的起码250万以上一般。。。。年中想出手一套roland rd上1900多平米的老房出了180 （cv120多），房东不接。。在市场上待了3个月前段时间被人200万买走了。。。真的不豪。。老房子。。加建装修起码再投入几十万才能有点样子。。

前天饭后去GREENHITHE那个WAINONI PARK散步，到了晚上毛8点，基本都是华人再散步。。GREENHITHE也沦陷了。。。以后得叫YELLOWHITHE了。。。

250万那还是1-2年前的价格。华人近几年在GREENHITHE投资不少。。。
GREENHITHE是SINGLE HOUSE ZONE，区相对是半封闭的。环境相当好。交通还算方便，上18号高速很方便。
华人是越来越多咯。。。
