thank you for your insight and valuable information. It is very much along the same way on my thinking and am now trying to make the big decision of how to keep ourselves safe should the worst happen. I have worked out that if my properties only have 26 weeks income, then with the cash we have we could last for 4.5 years. Surely that should be enough?
