视乎楼主想买房子的位置 其许可高度可以非常高  也可以比现在一般最高高度 (Max Height)  (一般 8m-16m 要看看楼主想买这块地的zoning 是多少才能决定 当然就算是这个火山景观高度限制比最高高度高 你还是只能建到最高高度所限和阳光角要求） 低一点 用以保护中区各个叫 Mount 什么的火山景观不被房子阻挡  从各处都能看到...

如果楼主不打算拆房重建  或者分割建新房  基本不用担心这个

关键看你离火山多近， 有一个高度限制，这个和最高可建高度同时使用，取低的那个。除非你是离火山类似mt eden 山很近，基本没有大影响。但在设计时候还是好看下的。比如说你这地最高可建11米，但是你的viewshaft限制高8米，那么你就只能用8米的限高。你可以走RC但是可能性不大。
