在Symonds st上40平2房1厅租金380一周合理吗？

Yes, They charge daily room rates etc ( sometimes, promotion price).

I think LZ is now telling the full facts, basically, she has no control as it is leased to the Hotel Pool. Likely, everything is stated in the lease and lock in for that kind of price.

Haha....  There is always another side of the story that we need to hear and look and not starting judgmental on property management / related people etc ??

对，在pool里买的价格会便宜很多，因为不能自住。 但这跟房租应该没有关系吧。。。不能说在pool里租金就低，不在pool里租金就高。  即便有差别，我觉着也不应该差那么多才对

是在pool里，但管理公司只是抽成的。  抽取370的百分之10。   租金越低他抽到的就会越少。   除非有暗箱操作。

租约规定，房租会在市场价范围之内。
因为租房公司是分成制的，比如现在他们每周会抽取380的百分之10。 按理说，他们房租越高抽成才会越多。

No. The management company charges 10 percent of the rent, which means the landlord only get $330 more or less if the rent is $370-$380.

这个楼的pool是可以自住但不能私租吧
