need to update LINZ flat plan.
need surveyor to draw a flat plan, lodge with LINZ
then engage a lawyer for new title. Will cost some money, not cheap.Need neigbouring houses to sign ( if they are part of the cross lease)
need mortgagee consentProcess take time.
This is different from your conveyancing fees, a totally separate set of fees.
