求助副申请人蹲移民监的问题！急急急！

两年前PR下来了，现在到了要换贴纸的时候... 但是我男朋友是主申请人，我是副申请人，所以他一直在新西兰蹲移民监，我只蹲了第一年...第一年移民监蹲完之后我们就分手了，我就回国了，第二年我仅在新西兰呆了2个月，想问一下我还能换贴纸吗？我需要怎么办…问了很多人有很多答案....需要一个准确答案！非常感谢！

Condition只写了Visa is invalid if holder is outside NZ with expired travel conditions. Please apply for transfer of this visa when the passport expires.

副申请不需要坐移民监。 就算你们分手了 对你的PR也没影响。 不过你必须等前男友换了PRV之后 你才可以换PRV。https://www.immigration.govt.nz/ ... -to-the-application

所以我们分开了之后 就算我第二年没有蹲满也不影响 只是要等他先贴完 我再贴对吧？真的是万分感谢了！！！有没有vx我要发个红包给你！

副申请本来就不需要坐移民监 只需要入境一次激活签证就可以了。 理论上只需要在nz待1小时就可以了（入境后马上出境）。  inz大概被这些情侣分手的问题问烦了 直接放个答案在网上。

一直怕分手了的话 副申请就要自己重新再蹲一遍了....你这样说 我就吃个定心丸了！吓到了.....

1. You can apply on your own if a non-principal exception applies to you.  "Non-principal applicants can’t apply for permanent residence before the principal applicant, unless a non-principal exception applies. "

2. If you can prove your eligibility for such an exception,  you yourself can be an applicant for the PRV. Then your case is independent of your former partner;   you can  apply even before he does (or he never does).  However, in this case,

3. You need to satisfy the requirements for the PRV by yourself. [sound fair? isn't it?, now that you and he are no more partners.]

NB. What you might want to be doing is perhaps to maintain the validity of your RV, for example you might need to be present in NZ before the current RV expires, or to apply for a variation.

我们现在没有再继续恋爱关系.. 然后我个人没有满足蹲移民监的条件（第一年达到蹲满184天 第二年没有蹲满） 这样的话我可以顺利换永居回头签贴纸吗？

If you become the applicant youself based on the exception.   You will be granted the PRV  once you (noboday else) satisfy the requirements for PRV.

我很好奇你们移民监都没做完就分手了～ 你前男友如果去和移民局update他和你的情况，你还能贴pr签？

拿到resident visa后分手不影响  inz的官方说法。https://www.immigration.govt.nz/ ... -to-the-application

副申请人不需要做移民监是必须跟主申请人仍然保持同居关系才可以。如果已经分居或者关系破裂，仍然需要做移民监。
