请问各位大神有留学生签证年底回国如果韩国是不是不用签证？

小弟年底回国经停澳洲5日，然后去韩国玩7日然后再回广州，刚才看到有个叫做持新西兰留学签证途经韩国回国可以有个30日过境签？但是小弟不是直接从新西兰去而是还会停悉尼，而且坐的飞机是韩亚航空不是大韩。请问各位大神我这种情况OK吗？如果ok过境签会不会被拒？

只要不是从你的宗祖国飞去韩国 都可以   就是说你不能从中国飞韩国，从其他国家飞韩国，并持有其他国家的有限签证 都可以

你的行程是新西兰-澳洲-韩国-中国。 首先澳洲需要过境签证（必须的） 然后因为是从澳洲直飞韩国 所以跟有没有nz签证已经没关系了 要看你有没有有效的澳洲签证（旅游签 PR等）韩国才会让你入境。
如果你的行程是新西兰-韩国-中国 有学签就可以免签过境韩国。
Eligible countries

• Applicable to all countries (save for Macedonia, Cuba, Syria, Sudan and Iran) that are not granted visa-free entry into Korea.
  

Applicable to…

• Persons holding a visa (re-entry permit, permanent residency, etc.) to enter the U.S. (including Guam and Saipan), Canada, Australia, or New Zealand (hereinafter referred to as "the four advanced countries")
• 1) who transit through Korea to go to one of the four advanced countries. (i.e Singapore-Korea-US)
• 2) who stay in one of the four advanced countries and take a direct flight from the country to Korea to go to a country of origin or a third country. (i.e US-Korea-Singapore)
• If you are a Chinese group tourist holding a group-tourist visa to Japan and meet certain requirements (e.g. using a travel agency that only attracts Chinese group tourists), you are permitted to enter Korea without a visa.
• If you hold an e-visa to Australia and a visa label is attached to your passport, you are permitted to enter Korea without a visa. However, if the label is not on your passport, you are granted no-visa entry only when you depart from Australia and transit through Korea.
• If you hold an e-visa to New Zealand and a visa label is attached to your passport, you are permitted to enter Korea without a visa. However, if the label is not on your passport, you are granted no-visa entry only when you depart from New Zealand and transit through Korea.

如果你持有NZ签证新西兰-韩国-中国或中国-韩国-新西兰，且每段都是直飞，那可以再韩国停留30天。如果你仅持有NZ签证而没有澳洲签证，那么你的行程需要申请澳洲过境签证同时不可以免签入境韩国。如果你有有效澳洲非过境签证，那么理论上你的行程可以符合澳洲-韩国-中国便可以免签入韩30天，但是我记着韩国是要求贴纸签的，澳洲电子签具体什么情况不了解。PS：韩国对中国开放的30天免签是指中国人持有有效美加英澳新及欧洲申根签证经由韩国前往美加英澳新及欧洲可以免签入韩30天，反之也可以，但是前提是两端必须是直航，至于什么航空公司，是否是联程票无所谓。另外，楼主你是打算在澳洲停留5天是吧，这种情况一般不可以申请澳洲过境签，澳洲过境签证不可以用于旅游为目的另外理论上最长停留三天，实际上申请时只要超过一天，澳洲就有理由不发过境签，楼主应该申请的是正规的澳洲旅游签证

萬分感謝！！！所以說如果我申請了澳洲的旅遊簽的話我去韓國也可以不用重新申請韓國的旅遊簽對吧？

萬分感謝！！！所以說如果我申請了澳洲的旅遊簽的話我去韓國也可以不用重新申請韓國的旅遊簽對吧？我剛剛看了韓國大使館的信息，好像E-visa holder也可以，不一定要貼紙

对 要申请澳洲旅签。 还有一点就是澳洲是evisa 这样的话可以澳洲-韩国-中国 但不可以中国-韩国-澳洲。
