护照2017年8月过期，3月份回新西兰的影响

求问懂得这个事的大侠们，

我妻子（持有新西兰工签）刚刚回中国，她忽然发现她现在的护照今年8月过期，请问如果她在3月份回新西兰再更换护照以及转工签是允许的吗？

入境要求护照有效期在半年以上吧

没事的，我3月护照到期，1月刚回来了，只要有效就可以。如果问起来无非就是说回来就换，没过期和过期是两个概念。

However, in the case of people coming to New Zealand temporarily (eg. visitors, students, workers who are not Australian or NZ passport/permanent residence holders), the passport must be valid either:

for at least 3 months beyond the date you intend to depart NZ, or
for one month beyond the date you intend to depart NZ, if the issuing government has consular representation in New Zealand that is able to issue and renew travel documents (you should check with your issuing authority before travelling).
