Honestly, it's not easy to find the 1st job. Sometimes, it's just a matter of luck.
You can't control luck, so focus on things you can control. keepower has got a good point on CV writing, for example. On top of this, oral English is vital. You don't have to (and possilbly can't) speak perfect English, but you want the interviewers to be able to fully understand you - you might want to practice on it in your spare time.
And you should lower your expectation. No matter what qualification you have, in the work force, you are fresh. You'll most likely to start from a junior position.
