怎么看怎么像大爷有钱，想买就买，怎么着？又不犯法。。。。是么？房子最近一两年怎么炒起来的?那么多华人买房子钱是哪里来的？你们国内合法的收入？换钱过来申报了吗？哦，没有放在你的名下。。。买了房子怎么么就是你的名字了呢？这算不算洗钱的一种？工党那篇报道是由针对性的，是针对国内的热钱。。。如果都是你们在NZ的合法收入试想你们如何把房子价格炒起来？！你们有那么多首付？低调点会死啊！
工党搞种族歧视？华人没有把柄他们敢这么做？说明华人有利于的价值，华人是引火烧身啊！不查则以，如果查，华人敢保证钱都是干净吗？
看吧，热钱的源头很快被截断，不是100%但会少去很多。。。

I read a comment this morning form a friend on Facebook. The person is Chinese NZ'er and she has been looking for a job in her local area to sell houses as she has finished her course. She has been advised that the agency she applied for has 18 Chinese Sales People and they don't need anymore.
She has done a research on the 18 people to find out who they are as she never seen houses advertised in her area. She found out that the 18 sales people travel to China and actually sell property there at the expos and seminars.
Another friend of mine who is 100% Kiwi noted that she went to an open home and the real estate person shook the head and advised that they are only selling to Chinese buyers.

There is a simple way to deter Chinese investment in NZ's property market, better audit process for overseas money and shutdown money launders, make sure the source of the money is legit, it is very interest that investment in NZ's property market surge just as Chinese president started anti-corruption campaign at end of 2013.
BTW, there are also a lot resentment that rich Chinese can buy properties where they go and others can't 50 m2 apartment 2 hours away from city.
