Treasury looked at imposing 1% tax on capital value of Auckland rental property ahead of Budget 2015; also looked at mortgage interest levy and disallowing interest as a tax deduction for landlords [backcolor=rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8)]

根据我的理解举个例子(不对请指正): 如果房子价值80万的话,出租房每年加收房价的1%,也就是每年8000,每周154. 1% tax on capital value of $800k per year = $8,000 per year. $8,000 / 52 weeks = $154 per week
