有交通违章，换永签如何填表？

请教有经验的坛友，如果在持有resident visa期间，有交通违章。具体问题是开到了反向path上，未造成事故，被开了罚单，及时交了罚单，应该如何如实填写以下问题？谢谢。

convicted of an offence (including a traffi offence), committed within the last fie years, involving dangerous driving, including drunk driving (driving with a blood or breath alcohol content in excess of a specifid limit) or driving having consumed drugs?
这个选yes还是no？


charged with, convicted of or investigated for any offences committed (including traffi or driving offences) since being granted New Zealand residence, or while on a temporary visa or when
这个选yes还是no？

必须填写yes，然后会给你一封信要求你向警察要一封无欠款的证明书即可。然后寄去就ok了。不是什么重点问题。

借问一下，递交永久回头签表格时，只要附上护照和支票就可以了吧？我看guide里没说复印件和证明资料啥的。。

这个当然是填no啊，下面明确列出了哪些traffi offence involving，这行句子没有任何etc。不在描述其中的比如没有上庭的超速应该不包括。普通的超速不属于dangerous driving。

第二个也应该是no吧，只是罚款，没有被告啊
