90w在北岸哪个区比较适合？

首付大概30w 只能贷到60w 请问90w在北岸哪个区比较适合 我们夫妻都在city上班 希望能买一个全副地 3-4房 因为刚刚毕业不久 希望好出租 albany有希望吗？有什么其他好的推荐吗？谢谢

a friend of mine is in your exact same position for 3 month.

90w budget looking for full section 3-4 bed house at North Shore. For the house they wanted to buy, the price far exceed their budget at auction.

They ended up spend close to 1m and bought a house in very poor condition, but at least managed to get full section.

So a piece of advice, at this budget, you probably only able to win the bid for those houses that don't look attractive at all. If the house is in good condition and look good, chances are the price will blow out your budget easily at auction.

Albany三房的应该没问题。Glenfield和Hillcrest应该都可以吧。

If I were to purchase my first property again, I would set my budget and look at all the promising suburbs instead of just those on the Shore...Chances are you will move into a nicer place in a few years time and your first home choice determines how much more / less money you have to fork out at that point and everything before that point in time is temporary.

This is my two cents worth...

crosslease的话,forrest hill, northcote, hillcrest应该还有不少呢. 全幅地90w估计就难了。本来距离city近的几个区就没什么全幅地卖出来的。

太多选择了。要方便的话，选Sunnynook。这个价全副地没问题。还有的剩余，可以把房子装修一下。
