我也特别喜欢onepoto reserve那块，生活环境没得说，交通也方便一出小区就是高速口，可惜当时我妈说她走不到northcote中心放弃了。去年好像有个全新房卖了190w, 这个价格和milford也能比比了

因为购物太方便， 有时候还得考虑是去northcote 的太平， 还是glenfield porano rd的太平，而那附近有pak'n ...

好羡慕啊 我搬去中区洋人区 买菜一周得去一次northcote太平 太惨了

啊 你说onepoto？里面应该没地了吧 exmouth尾巴上去年有块地没上市卖了40多万 中介告诉我时候已经晚了，泪流满面。。。最后你们买在哪了？ 自然环境好 地理位置靠市中心和高速 走路到华人超市（其实onepoto那里也就走个15分钟能到） 学校ok的地方我觉得全奥克兰都不多啊， 一下子也想不出来有哪里符合条件。

中区中部和偏南会堵，中区西部和东部不堵车的，包括上下班高峰时间。

中区西部主动脉就是16号高速，最近堵的灰常灰常厉害，WATERVIEW施工的原因。

中区东部不堵车是因为你家住在那里，你住哪哪就不堵，这是铁律。

相似度最多只有四颗星。

两个地方的景观完全不同，McMahons Point 的海景是真海景，Northcote point 是海叉子，每天22小时是低水位，滩涂裸露。McMahons Point 除了有漂亮的海景之外，大桥景也比奥克兰的海港大桥漂亮的不是一星半点，除此之外的悉尼歌剧院，各种高楼大厦的霓虹闪烁，根本不是一个世纪的差别。

只能说地理位置相似。

if hillcrest is so sought after now, what will happen to northcote in years to come?

- northcote is a reflection to CBD
- Northcote point is already a million dollar suburd ( recently added).
- location is making it so desirable in time to come.
- don't be blinded by some state housing, river east can become river west, those state housing will be bygone in time to come.
- northcote is still cheap as compare with many suburds in north shore, not over- priced yet.

- it is a blue collar suburd - rough diamond to be polished, ugly ducking transformation -    Look at Sandringham, Ponsonby, Grey Lyn, they were all blue collars suburds.
