哈哈，洋人在相对附加值水分少的情况大量买入中心区域和好区周边相对便宜但是很有lifestyle的地方，虽然一时半会涨幅不会因为长期华人爆炒来的快，但等华人意识到后，要花更多超级多的钱从这些洋人手里买。所以谁笑到最后了？

为什么我觉得那位朋友英文很差，根本不像native speaker，我觉得就这个用词文笔，能做到SA也应该是蛮拼的。。。。可能确实因为一直在以印度人为主的学校出来的，我们应该学习人家的成功经验，你说是不?

hahaha, this is not really relevant to the topic. But I must admit, when I'm fresh out Uni, I'm very concerned that my poor English limit my performace at my work.   

But suprisingly, it's never a problem.
All my white managers that ever I workd with, all spoken highly of my communication skill. A SA with poor communicate won't last 1 day in a large enterprise. SA's job is basically just write and talk...  emails, document, more email, more document etc...  

I have to say I really felt I've been given a fair chance to perform throughout my career. All my colleagues / boss / manager know English is not my first language and they never expect perfect English from me. Actually come to think of it, at Uni, most A+ I get is from Management papers, the kind of paper where grade is entirely assessed from writing essays.

By now, every time I submit an design document for review (consist hundreds pages of written words), I stopped worrying about grammer and spelling. always afarid it may come back with full or gram ,

It's ironic my English is good enough for professional career and University essay writing, but not good enough for casual comments in Chinese discussion forum. Isn't it something to ponder about? When Chinese immigrants is more critical toward other Chinese's English more then the native Kiwis, that says a lot about our culture isn't it?

看到大家讨论的沸沸扬扬 我也忍不住来参与下。 我们刚买了mission height 的房子
第一不得不说手上的钱只能买那边校网的房子。我儿子现在三岁马上要上那边的幼儿园，
接下来上小学高中大学步入社会。我不喜欢给我的孩子灌输哪个种族好哪个颜色的人不好的想法。
例如我身边朋友选学校或者住的地方 必须中国人少 或者印度人少洋人多的。 我们中国人怎么了？自己就这么不团结搞排斥 别的国家的人不是等着看笑话吗。如果我们老跟孩子说 不要跟某某种族的孩子在一起，那白人的家庭呢？是不是也这样教育孩子不要跟中国孩子在一起呢？
种族歧视的问题会越来越严重。每个种族都有我们要学习的地方 我觉得多看看别人的长处学习别人的优点来强大自己是关键。从小给孩子种族歧视的思想好可悲。 这是我的一点见解 不喜勿骂

绝对赞同你的观点。新西兰本来就是一个多元的移民国家，如果家长总是评价哪个族群怎么怎么样的话，孩子长大后永远没有这里是他的hometown的感觉。因为他骨子里不认同这种多种族融合的社会。
