有人跟genesisit签过contract么，现在想提前terminate

contract的schedule上面有一个additional condition，上面写了2 weeks notice，但是这个2 weeks notice在detail的conditions里面都没有体现到。

应该怎么去理解这个2周呢？我想提前2周通知terminate这个contract不知道是否可以？

有人了解么？

具体条款是这样。第一份合同是我跟agent还有一个第三方公司（提供税务服务）签的。一共两页，第一页是schedule，第二页是conditions。 具体如下：
第一页：schedule
In the first page- schedule of contract. it is saying '(I） additional condition - 2 weeks notice'. But it doesn't say if it is 2 weeks for both agent and individual.

第二页：condition
n the 2nd page - 'Condition of contract with company contractor'
There is a clause saying:
3. Period of contract and termination
(b) Agent xxx may terminate this contract at any time by giving the company notice in writing if any of the following occur:
(i) The client requests that the services provided by the company are terminated subject to the conditions included in the contract between Agent xxx and the client
(ii) the company fails to supply the required services of the individual as detailed in this agreement.

(c) should a case of 'gross misconduct' be proven against the individual whilst providing services under this agreement to the client, then Agent xxx may terminate this agreement without notice.

另外我还有跟第三方提供税务服务的公司签了一份合同：里面其中有一条写着：
Subject to the termination requirements as set out in the end client contract, XXX(tax service company) and the contractor may terminate this agreement by proving one month's notice of termination in writing.

怎么去理解以上这两份合同？ 现在的情况是我由于家庭的原因需要回国待一段时间，暂时回不来。我希望2周后terminate 这个contract，然后回国。这样可以不？
