電話的interview其實考察的是你的口語,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I think you should consider in doing Microsoft Cert. This will look good on your CV + you can gain some knowledge from it. I had the same problem before when i fresh graduate, i dont know what i want to do in IT field. So i took a course for MCSE 2003, and I have a great mentor which lead me to become a system administrator. I got my first job through "Walk-in" to every company and submit my CV to the manager. I was lucky to get the opportunity that time, it was a small ICT company but at least i got my foot step into IT field.

That's pretty good. I've already have some interviews for IT support, even though one is just 6-months contract, hope that I can get good news soon. I think it's still a little hard for the first job, but there's still 'HOPE', lol

I have Microsoft Cert and a mentor too, haha, he gave me a lot of useful advice! Great man! Hope that my hard word will pay off in the end.  ADD OIL,LOL

If you mean how should a fresh graduate find a job, you need to first think about what do you have to offer to your potential employer. Companies are not charities and when they are hiring, they need people that can help them solve problem or make money. If you are looking for a helpdesk/IT support role, you need to make sure:
- technically you know enough to be able to handle what ever that comes up that a IT support/helpdesk typically deal with
- your english (both speaking as well as writing) is up to a certain level. If you can't understand what your user is trying to convey, or you can't understand your boss's instruction, then it's not a very good look.

Are you trying to get into helpdesk or software development side of thing? best of luck to your job hunting journey, do ask if you have more Q.

I'm confident about my written English but not verbal as I'm in NZ only for less than 4 years and didn't have too many chances to practice. But I don't have any communication problems.

新西兰硬件基本没有什么厂家吧。一般都是说软件，或者咨询行业。

如果有天赋，可以考虑从软件开发做起。如果能做起来，以后做任何IT工作都会感觉很轻松。
我个人感觉做后台业务要比前台业务更好。前台业务很花哨，但是变化很大，以前的经验过几年就过时了。后台的技术相对变化比较小。 如果在中国国内，做互联网技术比较吃香；在这里估计是做企业客户更好一些？

另外发现一些规律，新西兰的客户比较喜欢微软的产品。很多大客户都把自己的系统向微软云平台迁移。在新西兰了解一些微软的产品应当不错。虽然从企业级产品的角度看，微软的产品一般都比较低。
