Thank you and the rated value is 520,000. The only drawback is that it gets only around four hours of sunlight in winter if there are no other water concerns. Thank u

As the house is going for tender. The agent says a conditional offer can be in place to say u offer this much on condition that u r happy with the builders report and lim report. Or shall I do them first as the vendor is not doing them? Thank u
