关于Under partnership 工签表格求助，稳稳姐姐快来~

首先我知道1198 和1146是一定要填的然后我跟我男朋友在一起没有居住满12个月
并且在去年12月底到1月中旬呆在中国，所以我不确定我要不要填写1096（chest x-ray)ps:我在36个月之内提交过，就是在我2012年来新西兰留学的时候提交过1096这个单子，所以现在就不知道还要不要因为我今年年初在中国大陆（所谓肺结核高发区）待过而再填写一遍

另外1201我需要填写提交吗？

这种问题我拒绝回答，网站写的明明白白清清楚楚，什么类型什么要求，checklist也有

Each applicant who intends to stay in New Zealand for more than six months and who has risk factors for TB is required to complete (and submit with their application) a Chest X-ray Certificate (INZ 1096) PDF.

Each applicant who intends to stay in New Zealand for more than 12 months is required to complete (and submit with their application) a General Medical Certificate (INZ 1007) PDF and Chest X-ray Certificate (INZ 1096) PDF.

Partners and dependent children for New Zealand citizens and residents may be required to provide a Limited Medical Certificate (INZ1201) rather than a General Medical Certificate (INZ1007) if they meet the appropriate criteria.

If you have provided medical and chest X-ray certificates already in the last 36 months you may not need to provide new certificates.

我看过中文版移民官网上的介绍，英文版的移民官网介绍还有工签给的Guide paper上面有些细节写的都不一样，我才问你的。
看到最后完全都搞不清楚是听哪边的了

中文版移民官网如果有出入，可能针对off shore申请
