技术移民 EOI 问题咨询

请问各位哈，申请技术移民EOI里面有几个不知道怎么填，请大家帮帮忙哈：

1： Are you claiming points for a qualification in one of he identified future growth areas?


2:   Are you claiming points for a qualification in one of the areas of absoult skills shortage?

上面这俩是 Section F 里面的，要怎么理解啊？

还有就是Section E里面的
Indicate Why your job is skilled, Give a detailed reason in support of your claim for points.

这个要怎么回答啊？

1.潜在增长领域
a.        As future growth areas are identified they will be listed in this provision. For the purposes of these instructions, currently identified future growth areas are as follows:
•        Biotechnology
•        Information Communications Technology
•        Creative industries (Advertising, Software & Computing Services, Publishing, TV and Radio, Film and Video, Architecture, Design, Designer Fashion, Music and Performing Arts, Visual Arts).
2.短缺领域
3.你的工作描述，你的工作如何和ANZSCO中的描述对应，你的学历或是工作经验如何和现有工作对应，大致分这三个层面解释一下

比如：新西兰长期紧缺职业清单 http://www.jack-liu.com/post-85.html

1. 我记得潜在增长加分的前提是要有工作或offer的。
2. 长期/绝对短缺职业有列表，你要在上面先选好一个职业，你的工作经历和学历都要满足其要求才可以加分。具体到ICT来说，我记得必须本科学历是ICT相关。

你也在EOI？进展的如何哇。。。。我也正在写。。。最烦的两个地方就是英语关系和那个工作描述。。。俺也wellington滴。。。。
