OP, here is my thought.
Working out can be a very personal experience. In some cases offering help without invitation can be seen as presumptuous, imposing and down right insulting to some sensitive people. And of course, there are those who don't give a shit.
So, why not start with a respectful question “ i have noticed flaws in your methods, can I offer you some advice?”
See what they want before boldly offering your help. If you don't respect other peoples wish, boundaries and feelings, don't expect them to respect yours, no matter who you think you are. |
